This is the entire science of yoga. The stilling of the mind. The practices and techniques to do so are endless.

If you are interested in exploring some of those practices, our (free) 28 Day Meditation Accountability group introduces you to new techniques each day. The minimum commitment for the program is to carve out 5 minutes every day to sit quietly without any external stimulation. It’s a moment to put down the phone, turn off the tv, ignore everyone else’s input, and sit with ourselves for a few minutes.

Once you join the program, you should get an email every day with a new technique or tip to explore. (If this doesn’t happen, someone let me know so I can check that the backend settings are correct.) You are then welcome to check in in the comments section of each daily post with questions, comments, or just to let us know that you’re still here.
