Style options include: slow flow, yin yoga, kundalini yoga, power yoga, vinyasa, hatha yoga, restorative, breathwork, meditation and any combination thereof.

In your personalized reiki session we will comb through the energies in your subtle body. We typically begin with a guided meditation to help settle into the space. Your practitioner will then channel universal lifeforce energy into the areas of your subtle body that are most asking for it. At the end of your session, we will have a little time to discuss your experience and answer any follow up questions that you may have. Come alone or come with a partner.

Tarot and Oracle cards are one of many tools we can use to communicate with our intuitive self.

We are here to help provide a backdrop against which you can bounce your own intuitive knowings. We can help you to organize your perspective around a particular decision point, to uncover blindspots that you are ignoring, or to simply check in and see what’s on the horizon.

Our ear is filled with acupressure points that map to all parts of our body. We can tap into those points for a wide range of purposes. For instance there are points to help relieve stress and anxiety, there are points to help us stop smoking, points to increase libido, points to boost immunity… etc.
